Accounting and Management – (B.A.)

Our BA Accounting and Management combines two disciplines of central importance in contemporary society. Your study of accounting gives you an academic grounding in financial and management accounting. Your financial and accounting modules not only focus on the preparation of financial statements, but also on theoretical aspects of accounting such as the need for accounting standards and conceptual frameworks. Management accounting is concerned with supplying information to internal users and topics include costing, budgeting and performance evaluation. Your study of management provides you with knowledge of the processes and practices relating to the management and co-ordination of organisations.
