The engineering programme provides the opportunity of learning the basic principles of food industrial processing, food technologies and quality management. Participants will have the unique opportunity to acquire specific knowledge of different production technologies related to their specialisation. The programme places great emphasis on the economic, marketing and financial aspects of food chain management. Students holding a food engineering BSc diploma will be able to work in various positions in factories of the food industry, mainly as production managers and quality control engineers. Beyond this, they will also be qualified to work in a variety of capacities in the fields of public administration, logistics trade, and consumer protection.
