This programme is designed for those who wish to make a career in management in the construction industry. Through a combination of the active links of the programme team with industry and the strong emphasis on project work throughout the programme, this programme provides a sound general education in the different aspects of this field while remaining close to the practical needs of those who wish to develop a career in construction. The Work Experience module in the third year of the programme allows the student to experience at first hand the challenges and opportunities of working in the industry. This qualification has been accredited to the Chartered Institute of Building and now gives full exemption from the educational requirements of corporate membership.
This programme is structured on a four-stage modular framework. Each stage typically takes one year to complete. The following is an outline of the modules taken at each stage.

Students are also encouraged to gain additional industrial experience during the summer vacation.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
