The study programme on the Applied Geology provides education in the basic level and fulfills criteria for the ECTS. The graduate student will be able to focus his abilities and achieved knowledge into fields of nature and biodiversity preservation, water and air protection, control of deposition and recyclation of industrial wastes and remediation of polluted environment. This all is related to obtained information and knowledge on the geological background, which provides not only potential on the mineral deposit exploitation, but also potential on water, soil, agriculture, forests, including human beings quality preservation or protection.
