This 3 year study program leads to the award of a Czech bachelor's degree (bakalár) awarded by UNYP and accredited by the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. It gives the holder the right to use the abbreviation Bc after their name. All classes are taught in English.
This program is offered as both a full time daily course, or as a weekend program. This makes it ideal for students who wish to study towards their degree, but at the same time wish to consider the possibility of working while they study. The flexibility allows students to switch to the weekend mode if they need to.
The weekend European Bachelor in Business Administration degree is exactly the same as that of the daily program. The only difference is that the weekend mode is aimed at working professionals and allows students to continue in their careers while pursuing a bachelor's degree. Classes meet for two weekends each month (Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday), and the program culminates in a final project. All classes are taught in the English language.
VOS graduates and others (holders of a British HND, or an American Associate's Degree) may be eligible for advanced standing.
The course is aimed at high school graduates wishing to pursue a bachelor's degree in an international environment. Classes meet during the week and the program culminates in a final project.
The goal of the European Bachelor's of Business Administration program is to enable you to advance your career in a wide range of career paths.
It aims to give you: * a comprehensive education in international business (marketing, management, finance, accounting, economics and law)
* complementary course work that strengthens enhance and expands your core business learning
* an ability to think theoretically and analytically about contemporary issues in the global economy
* improved oral and written communication skills in English
* proficiency in using software applications and information technology for research
* an ability to work collaboratively in teams and in a multicultural setting
Emphasis is placed on international aspects of commerce, which we believe is particularly critical in today's business environment. With our multi-national faculty and student body, UNYP is in a particularly strong position to provide this valuable international perspective. Unique to our program is the interactive and dynamic teaching style of our faculty, which is recruited from the EU and the USA, and most of our professors hold advanced degrees and professional experience in their fields of teaching. The theoretical and practical knowledge that you acquire in our program provides you with a wide range of options as to where you may wish to pursue your career, in terms of business and professional areas as well as geographical locality. The program also serves as a strong grounding if you wish to pursue a career in the public sector, civil society or academia.
At UNYP, students have the opportunity to earn a Czech bachelor`s degree (bakalar) awarded by UNYP and accredited by the Czech Ministry of Education. There are two modes of study.
Daily studies
The daily mode is aimed at high school graduates pursuing a bachelor's degree in an
international environment. In consultation with an academic advisor students on the daily program can follow the standard course schedule, or may, within reason, develop a more flexible schedule that more closely matches their time constraints.
Weekend studies
The weekend mode is aimed at working professionals and allows students to continue
in their careers while pursuing their bachelor's degree.
Courses
Each course consists of 45 hours of contact time (lectures, seminars, tutorial meetings, etc). This includes a final time-constrained exam or project at the end of each course.
Curriculum Overview
Students on the BBA program have a variety of courses to choose from. The exact curriculum and courses will depend on the schedule chosen by the student in consultation with an academic advisor. Schedules are available through the Admissions Office.
Instructors
Over 80 instructors from 13 different countries regularly teach at UNYP. The majority are native English speakers and are chosen for both their academic and
professional experience.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

onto the course, students will need the following minimum requirements
* Secondary school/high school diploma (maturita)
* Proof of English language ability (minimum TOEFL score of 530 written/197 electronic/71 internet). Other English language test results (such as IELTS, CAE, FCE, SAT, or ACT) may satisfy this requirement.
* Successfully conduct an entrance interview with a program representative

The 3-year Business Administration study program at UNYP is recognized and accredited by the Czech Ministry of Education. Upon successful completion of the program, students are awarded a Bachelor`s (bakalar) degree and the right to use the abbreviation "Bc." in front of their name.
UNYP is also recognized by other official bodies, including the British Accreditation
Council (BAC) and the Czech Association of MBA Schools (CAMBAS).
