Mechanical Engineering Department at Ozyegin University will start accepting student to its undergraduate program in the 2010-2011 academic year. Among all the engineering disciplines, Mechanical Engineering is known to be one of the most fundamental ones. OzU Mechanical Engineering program is established to teach how to design and build various devices, mechanisms, and processes and how to utilize them in various applications. This elaborate education program is to prepare its graduates to evaluate complicated tasks and problems and come up with detailed and involved solutions. The graduates of the Mechanical Engineering program are expected to start their professional life right after their graduation. They will be capable of working in various sectors of industry, including manufacturing, construction, communications, automotive, information and bio technologies, medicine as well as financial sectors.
