This programme provides students with knowledge, skills and understanding of business and management, as well as the psychology of individual and group behaviour at work. The programme equips future supervisors and managers with the theoretical base and practical skills to manage people effectively and to understand the dynamics of human interaction in the workplace.
Students develop the ability to find practical solutions to people-related issues within organisations, examine the moral issues of work and explore developing areas in management and psychology. They also acquire the communication and thinking skills demanded by employers.
