"Media Technology" combines technology with creativity. It provides students with a rigorous grounding in engineering theory, alongside the skills needed to use today's newly emerging media technologies from concept to completion. The programme has a strong practical emphasis. Students have access to well-equipped media labs and TV & radio production studios and they participate in interdisciplinary team projects, often in co-operation with local businesses.
A work placement and two bachelor theses are part of the programme. Subjects such as Communication Skills, Project Management and Problem-Solving Techniques round off the curriculum, to help ensure graduates' employability in the dynamic media industry.
