Location of Graz University of Technology (TU Graz)

The bachelor’s programme lasts 6 semesters and students are awarded a "Bachelor of Science" (BSc) degree. 90% of the courses are required subjects from the following 4 primary areas:

* Technical and scientific basic principles (mathematics, physics, signal processing, systems engineering)
* Electrical engineering and information technology subjects
* Computer science subjects
* Engineer techniques (project management, rhetoric, presentation skills among others)

Students are provided with a balanced dose of fields of competence between current scientific principles and pre-professional education and training. What is important here is that graduates with a sound university education can get a start on an attractive career in no time at all.

In telematics great store is also set on providing the ever more important “soft skills“. Team work, projects, presentations as well as international contacts ensure an excellent pre-professional education and training suited to the students’ personalities.

b. University entrance qualification certificate

c. a foreign certificate that is nostrified in Austria or a secondary school leaving certificate that is accepted as being equivalent based upon the rector´s decision

d. a certificate that proves you have completed at least a three-year course of study at an accredited Austrian or foreign post-secondary educational institution (e.g. university of applied sciences study programmes)

2. The special university entrance qualification

This concerns supplementary examinations to those secondary school leaving certificates issued in Austria, (e.g. "descriptive geometry" supplementary examination). Those who have foreign secondary school leaving certificates have to prove that they have the right to a study place in the same study programme in the country which issued the secondary school leaving examination.
