Location of Business Academy Copenhagen North

As a multimedia design student you will learn to design, plan and implement the presentation of information and messages with the help of the latest multimedia tools, both at national and international levels. Your future work may range from consultantion and specialist assignments to managing major projects. The Multimedia Design programme is a relatively short and practice-related education that combines your design skills with your skills in presentation and communication of information and messages.


Contents

At the Copenhagen North we constantly develop and update our educational programmes to reflect the latest business trends. We cooperate closely with market leaders and univesities in Denmark and abroad.

The programme is taught in Danish or English. On the English-taught course you will meet students from Denmark, other European countries and other parts of the world.

On the Danish line of the programme students can also choose lessons taught in English. Parts of both language-based lines can be studied abroad.

You will also have an opportunity to continue your studies to bachelor level in Denmark or abroad.

The course is equivalent to 120 ECTS and lasts 2 years.

You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.

Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

Requirements

Danish and Scandinavian students

  • A general upper secondary education in Denmark/Scandinavia (Upper Secondary School Leaving Examination, Higher Commercial Examination, Higher Technical Examination or Higher Preparatory Examination) with English level B and Mathematics/Business Economics level C
  • A Danish vocational education supplemented with English level B and with Mathematics/Business Economics level C

International students

  • The International and the European Baccalaureate

United States and countries with a similar educational system

  • High school diplomas from the United States followed by at least one year of university or college studies in relevant subjects.

UK countries and countries with a similar educational system

  • GCE Advanced Level-exams (A-level) in combination with GCSE-exams (O-level). At least three A levels in relevant subjects in combination with O- level exams.

African countries, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Philippines and countries with similar educational system:

  • At least 2 years of study in relevant subjects from universities. We recommend a bachelor degree.

English

International students must have taken an internationally approved English test. It has to be one of the below mentioned tests

  • TOEFL paper-based test score of 550+ or TOEFL computer-based test score of 213+
  • IELTS academic score of 6.0+
  • a total APIEL score of 3+

Mathematics

  • International students must hold a certificate proving adequate qualifications

Before you are admitted, the student counsellor will assess your educational background and motivation, possibly on the basis of a personal interview.
