Location of South London College
This programme is designed for graduates or experienced managers who wish to further develop their career in management. The programme covers a wide range of contemporary issues and develops the critical, analytical and technical skills needed by senior management staff. The programme will also develop the academic skills required for further study at postgraduate level.
Contents
The course is structured in five compulsory units. One unit will be assessed by written three hour examination and the remaining four units will be assessed by an assignment (of 3,500 words) only.

- Management of Financial Resources and Performance **
- Leadership, Change and People Performance **
- Corporate Strategy, Governance and Ethics in the Global Environment **
*Assessed by examination; 3 hours
**Assessed by assignment of 3500 words
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

On entry a student will have:
- An honours degree from a UK university (minimum 2:2) in any subject, or equivalent award from a non-UK university, OR
- Two years work experience at managerial level with significant responsibility for resources (staff, financial, physical etc, or a combination of these).
Prospective students must be able to demonstrate that these responsibilities were significant and that they had a high level of autonomy. If the student does not have an undergraduate degree that was wholly taught and examined in English, they will need to have English proficiency to IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
