The University of Derby has provided education to UK and international students for over 150 years and currently attracts around 22,500 students. We have three main campuses in Derbyshire; two in Derby and our University of Derby Buxton campus.
We currently have around 1,000 international students on campus with many more studying around the world through our institutional links in Asia, Africa, Scandinavia and Europe, and with increasing interest in our on-line courses, we are truly a global university.

Computing facilities are provided at all sites in open access computer laboratories and the learning centres. Specialist computing resources are available for individual programmes, for example for graphic design and computing students, and all university campuses are fully networked.
Our new undergraduate accommodation has on-site 24 hour staff cover, security, CCTV and communal facilities and is within walking distance of campuses. All rooms have access to internet, network and voice facilities.
