This academic year, 2 of our Bachelor students in Life Sciences It is quite exceptional that students leave for their mobility semester so early in their biology studies: The majority of our students stay abroad during their 3rd year, or even only 5th semester, Obtaining a double-diploma. The  En Sciences de la Vie - Filière Biologie programme is delivered by University of Luxembourg.

Our 2 students obtained excellent results in Strasbourg, since they ranked 2nd and 3rd among the 70 students of their track ("Molecular and Cellular Biology") with 17.0 and 15.9 over 20, Year Biology cohort! 

The Life Sciences Research Unit University of Luxembourg Bachelor students participating in our program "Bachelor in Life Sciences", finished their third year-mobility at the University of Strasbourg with exceptional success: In the competitive ranking Of the 143 students of the third year of the "Faculty of Life Sciences" at the University of Strasbourg, three of our students finished among the "Top Five", 75% ranked within the top quartile and all ranked among the Top 100 "!Bachelor in Life Sciences "diploma and the" Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences - Courses Cell Biology and Physiology of Organizations "of the University of Strasbourg.

Integrated basic training

The Bachelor's degree is designed in such a way that the students have solid biological bases supplemented by good knowledge in the so-called hard branches: mathematical and physical chemistry. The student will understand the fundamental unity of life and the overall coherence of the Life Sciences.

To enroll in Biology, a B2 level is required in French and English . Attention to the registration deadline, since the selection on file of up to 30 students takes place very early, immediately after, in early July.

The ideal candidate is a high school student who has successfully passed his final exams of the current year, leaving a section or scientific branch or having made as many scientific subjects as possible until the last year of high school.

Entry-to-entry selection based on the following criteria: 

  • average mark at the secondary school leaving examination 
  • grades in science subjects at the secondary school leaving exam 
  • grades in science subjects on Transcripts of the last three years
