This programme from the University of Greenwich aims to provide you with knowledge, skills and understanding of business and management, in parallel with an insight into the psychology of individual and group behaviour at work. The programme equips future leaders and managers with the theoretical basis and practical skills to manage people effectively and to understand the dynamics of human interaction in the workplace.
