Hospitality education at EHL allows you to learn from the inside about the highly complex and specialized world of hospitality. At the same time, you develop the creative, artistic and people skills which are essential for a hospitality career. All academic study is interwoven with industry experience, both in operational jobs on campus and during in-company internships. EHL is a hospitality university.
The programme for the Bachelor hospitality management degree is structured so that students move from a solid grounding in hospitality service, through general management courses, to advanced courses in hospitality management strategy and increased opportunities for specialization. In their final year, students bring together and consolidate everything they have learned as part of a major Student Business Project.
