This BSc programme in Economics and Business Administration is a general bachelor programme in economics and business administration with a focus on the management of firms' resources. This 3 year undergraduate programme is offered at Campus Odense.
Our general business programme gives you a thorough grounding in all functional areas of a firm through a number of economic, legal and organisational topicsin the business organisation. We offer this concentration in Business Management with a distinct focus on the optimisation of resources. Apart from business issues, the programme also considers socio-economic aspects and the joint interaction between economics and business administration.
The BSc in Economics and Business Administration provides you with the knowledge and capabilities needed to understand business management on a national and global scale. In specific terms, you learn to analyse the firm's financial problems and issues and develop business strategies. In addition, you learn about organisation, accounting, marketing, corporate finance and innovation, and you obtain insight into the theories and quantitative methods used to understand companies' internal and external relations.
This degree programme focuses on Business Management, which involves integrating IT technology and quantitative methods to process and analyse data to create insights into organisational decision-making regarding optimisation. The programme offers small classes and insight into application areas such as information systems, operations, and supply chain management.

The bachelor can integrate the disciplines of marketing, organisation, accounting, and finance and use quantitative methods and techniques. The bachelor possesses a solid foundation for studying to be a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration.
The specialisation gives a solid, coherent knowledge about business economics integrating IT technology and quantitative methods to process and analyse data to create insights into organisational decision-making regarding optimisation. The bachelor has thorough insight into the main disciplines of business economics as well as the basic knowledge of law, economics, statistics and IT systems relevant for companies. Through electives the bachelor has extended this knowledge in an optimisation and supply chain management. This means that the bachelor independently can structure, analyse, and solve economic and administrative problems and therefore, the bachelor can fill out positions in primary functions (marketing, organisation, accounting, finance and production planning) in companies.
