Campus life

When you come to Bristol you come to a multicultural city steeped in history and rich in culture. It has everything you'd expect from a big city, but human in scale, with much of the city easily travelled by foot, on bike or by bus. With its vibrant culture, historic buildings, green credentials, good standard of living and excellent transport links, it's no wonder Bristol was given the European City of the Year award.Bristol is situated in the South West of England, surrounded by rolling countryside, but only 90 minutes from London by train. The city is well connected as a major road and rail network hub and also has a busy international airport.

The swimming pool provides a wide and varied range of programmes, catering for all standards of swimmers and various aquatic sports.

A combination of outdoor and indoor opportunities including facilities for cricket, football, hocky, lacrosse, netball, rugby, tennis and weight lifting.
  • Saltford Boathouse
The University Boathouse is based at Saltford and is an ideal setting for both competition and recreational fun.
