The Career Services in Vestfold campus are run by SIV and help students to find a job during and after their studies at HBV. This office assists students throughout the job search process. The Career Services’ office is co-located with the International Relations Section on the bottom floor on Campus Vestfold.
HBV offers its students a variety of services such as
ll campuses provide housing for international students. Our accommodation services are run by the Student Welfare Foundation in Buskerud and Vestfold (SiBV).
Private rooms, many of them with private bathrooms, and private or shared kitchens are available for all incoming international exchange students, international full degree students as well as local Norwegian students through SiBV. In the student houses there is provided access to Internet, cable TV and use of laundry services. Please be aware that SiBV cannot accommodate several students per one room!
The library at HBV has branches in Drammen, Ringerike, Kongsberg and Vestfold. The library is an integral part of the school's activities in education, training, research and commissioned research. HBVs library gives you access to more than 50 databases, 125,000 books, 75,000 e-books and 20 million scientific articles from 13,000 journals, most of them in electronic format.
The sports activities vary from soccer, volleyball, handball, mountain climbing to swimming and so on. Since the students organize these activities, there are variations from year to year.
